Hi, I’m Chelseay — the face behind Gulf Coast Real Estate Media.

You could say real estate has always been in my blood. Growing up with a dad who was a broker and agent, I spent my childhood surrounded by listings, open houses, and the grind of the business. I learned early how much presentation matters — and how the right marketing can make all the difference.

While launching Gulf Coast Real Estate Media, I worked in photography and other hands‑on industries where attention to detail and showing up for people were everything. Those experiences shaped the way I approach my work today: with grit, creativity, and a commitment to making sure every listing I touch stands out.

For me, this isn’t just about creating content — it’s about helping agents tell the story of a home in a way that captures buyers’ attention and helps properties move faster. Naples real estate is competitive, and I’m here to give you an edge.
